Chamber of Commerce holds event at Frisomat

The Chamber of Commerce Antwerp-Waasland has started with the GLOBUS-project back in 2006. This project is a formation and experience exchange project for internationally active companies. GLOBUS helps companies to play a more important part in the international market by means of unique and durable networking events.

Frisomat, active in steel construction, was the host to the New Year reception from GLOBUS.

The brand-new Innovation Center was the perfect meetingplace to start the year festively. Situated in an industrial and green environment a true eye-catcher ! Thanks to the international expansion of Frisomat in the past years, this was an excellent opportunity. A guided tour in our production environment of 10.000m² where the various characteristics of industrial steel buildings are being explained, was positively experienced. An industrial building is not just a steel hangar, much calculations must be done before the perfect steel construction can be realized.

After the company visit there was enough time to exchange experiences regarding the international expansion of the participating companies.
